KILFAD Annual Meet 2025 - A Celebration of Achievements, Growth and Teamwork

The KILFAD Logistics Annual Meet 2025 was celebrated with great enthusiasm, gathering over 300 logistics coordinators, customs brokers, and senior executives under one roof. The theme for this year, "Moving Forward with Confidence," reflected KILFAD\'s robust journey of scaling regional cargo operations across sea, land, and air ports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The event kicked off with a heartfelt opening address from the Managing Director, who highlighted the seamless transition from EFS Company Ltd to the new KILFAD Logistics identity. "Our name has changed, but our commitment to trust, reliability, and precision remain our guiding light," he remarked, praising the dedication of the entire crew.

A major highlight of the meet was the "Legacy Honors" award ceremony, recognizing staff members who have been with the organization since its early days in Jeddah back in 1996. Over 25 long-term service medals were awarded, reflecting the deep loyalty and structural experience that defines KILFAD Logistics.

Strategic panels followed, outlining KILFAD\'s ambitious plan for 2026 to further expand customs clearance corridors at primary Saudi ports and integrate digital booking portals for seamless commercial client inquiries. The evening concluded with a premium banquet dinner and a live corporate teamwork simulation activity, solidifying our collective goal to lead Saudi logistics with unified confidence.
